We were engaged to assist with the redesigning and restructuring of their entire business process and structure to position their company for the increasing changes in industry activities, customer demands and business operations.
Project Responsibilities:
- We designed an optimal organisation structure to facilitate the achievement of the company’s short and long-term goals;
- Developed Job Descriptions for key positions on the defined organisation structure;
- Designed a Corporate Governance framework for the business;
- Designed and documented policies and procedures for some key business functions; and
- Conducted manning analysis and recruitment for key positions.
