Our People and Change practise offers the following services for the development of clients’ organisational and people capabilities:

Our HR Advisory services cover the full range of Human Resource (HR) function, including the set-up of a new HR department; transformation/overhaul of an existing HR department as well as the development of HR policies; processes and procedures as well as forms and templates to improve the HR operations and activities in both private and public sector organisations.

PCL’s training programmes are designed to meet the specific needs of clients’ organisational and employee developmental needs. Courses are offered to clients to keep them abreast of developments in the global industry.

We work with our clients in project managing transformational and other ad hoc projects being carried out for the change and improvement of a part or whole of the operational/organisational practice.
