• Investor sourcing for African businesses (with keen interest in agribusiness);
• Preparation of feasibility study/ information memorandum to facilitate transactions;
• Performing due diligence on potential investments.

Our investment advisory team developed the “Nigeria: Agribusiness 2012” a most comprehensive study (of over 120 pages) on the potential and challenges of the agribusiness sector in Nigeria, covering 14 commodity value chains: cassava, rice, wheat, maize, sorghum, soybean, fruits, tomatoes, sugar, palm oil, fisheries, poultry, cotton and cocoa.
