CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON THE ADOPTION OF INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SECTOR ACCOUNTING STANDARDS IN NIGERIA
We worked as Project Management Consultants to a Federal Government Committee responsible for providing a Road Map for the Adoption of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) in Nigeria.
Project Responsibilities:
- Assisted in the overall design; implementation and coordination of the project responsibilities;
- Prepared/designed key project presentations and status reports;
- Assisted with the review and update of other project materials and deliverables;
- Collaborated with other project consultants on the review and analysis of field data collected on the project;
- Worked with other project consultants to develop a new and widely applicable General Purpose Financial Statement (GPFS) and Chart of Accounts (CoA) for all tiers of government; and
- Prepared Stakeholders’ Sensitization Workshops’ Report.
