Kabir Olatunde is an Associate Consultant with Periscope Consulting Ltd. He has served as a Management Consultant for over 5 years, where he has been involved in numerous project planning and execution for the Federal Government of Nigeria, State Governments as well as the private sector.
Kabir served as Project Manager on a project for the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF) which involved the setting up of a virtual filing system (Automated File Management Index System: ‘AFMIS’, a bespoke software to automate the management of physical file access, usage, and movement within the organization Kabir has also been involved in the organizational restructuring for IDMON, a private company located in Warri, Delta State, where he was involved in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to organize and restructure a more effective organizational process in line with best global practices. He has organized and coordinated several local, international and on-line trainings, workshops, and sensitization programmes in various areas such as: Effective Leadership, Corporate Governance, Customer Service, Financial Analysis and Budgeting amongst others. Kabir obtained a bachelor degree in Business Management and specialized in Banking & Finance. He proceeded to obtain an MSc. in Information Science from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He currently has a Diploma in Business Process Management, and is a member of the Nigeria Chartered Institute of Management as well as a certified trainer with the Center for Management Development (CMD).
